Rx Financial Ripoff offered credit card for $239.90 returned package for credit but never refunded St George Utah
I was offered a credit card of $5000 on telephone with guaranteed refund if not satisfied. I ordered the package and sent back for redund. I followed all their instructions. I was told a credit would be issued and when I tried to call, phone was disconnected.
