Rx Financial ripoff wouldn'd refund my money when they knew I didn't want service St George Utah
The Salesperson called and told me this was a free credit card. They did not explain that is was a Service to re-establish my credit. Only that I would be able to get a credit card with no activation or any other kind of fees. When I got the package I called to return it and was told someone else would call to give return instructions instead of giving immediate return instructions.
I was at work and they only called me at home and now I am unable to get a refund and am supposed to use the website which I am unable to access to try to get a credit card. I was only give 3 days to call to return which I did. After waiting for a call from them and not receiving one I called them to get the instructions and gave out my work number and was told they would return my call in a couple of days. I waited 2 days and no one called so when I called today they told me I was no longer eligible for a refund and to use the website to apply for a credit card.
So now I am out 189.00 and I cannot access their website to apply for my credit card which I don't want now any way. I am really mad about this and especially mad at myself for being so stupid to believe I could get a credit card this way. I don't care how bad my credit is. It was 189.00 that I really didn't have to spend and did because I beleived I was getting a credit card and not a financial establishment service.
