Rx Financial Services ripoff representative called offered me a credit card 5,000.00 limit he told me that i would be receiving a credit card with money on it that i could make purchases and withdraw funds called several times check the status of order was told i would receive my credit card via ups on i received a book/cd $219 was what i paid Nationwide
a customer service representative called and offered me a credit card with a limit of $5000.00. i asked him would i be receiving a credit card or a card that i would have to purchase items online. he specifically stated that i would receive a credit card with a limit of $5000.00 (no credit check). where i could make purchase in the store and withdraw funds from the card.
he verified all of my information such as my address and name etc.. he told me to refere friends. (yeha right)
i called the customer service number to check the status three times. i would say im calling to see when i will be receiving my credit card. the last time the rep. gave me an exact date for delivery via UPS.
on the date i received the package there was no credit card. i discovered that i had just paid $219.. and some change for a "CD, and a BOOK" not once in the conversation did the guy mention a cd and a book. he lead me to beleave i would be receiving a credit card with a limit of $5000.00
the letter stated i had to go online and choose a credit card in which the company did credit checks for approval. the only thing i qualified for was a card with a credit limit to purchase items on-line. (exactly what the guy told me i wouldnt be getting)
