RX Financials Debt Manage Scam me out of my money....nothing ever received. Utah
I too fell victim to RXFinancials scam. I was thinking the whole time that this was too good to be true. Indeed it was. I told them to not take the money out until the 5th of Sept. I never received a package before the 5th as promised or as of today. I called RXFinancials (Elmhurst IL) which was not the correct company. They informed me that the Utah Consumers Services was investigating this company. They said that this company has affected thier company because of the name. (maybe they can pursue a lawsuit as well)
When the foreign guy who I could not understand was recording me, I stopped him at least 10 times. He GUARANTEED me a VISA or MASTERCARD for at least $5,000.00. That should have raised the red flag but I went on with it.
I am going to pursue a lawsuit(class action) against this company and attempt to shut them down. I have called many times but they never answer the phone.
Anyone interested in taking these guys on, please send me an e-mail so we can gather a game plan.

I was finally able to talk to a rep from this company RXFinancials and they said this package was shipped to Berkley MI. I live in FL. I said then great, give me my money back. She said that I had to call UPs to find out why they delivered this product to another state. I have used UPs many of times and they maybe late sometimes but have never delivered something to the wrong state. I will contacting my lawyer tonight and we can start from there!!!!
