Complaint Review: Rx Fincial

Rx Fincial.
Rip me off.I was told i would be getting a credit card in a couple of weeks.However i did get a package in the mail from them.It was a book and cd and a letter saying this is your pass code.So i called this place a dozen times before i opened the package.So they told me i needed to open the package.after opening it.I find this letter cd and book.And i thought this can't be right.So i went to the web site on the paper.I put in the pass code.And kept looking into this.I was promised a credit card,So i see a list.And i called them back and told them at no point in was i told there would be other bank charges.So when i called them back again the girl told me well fix your credit and you would not have this problem.And that just made me mader.So i tried all the options and got nothing Except a big kick in the butt.I was promised a shopping spree also. Never did get it.So they have 219.00 and i have a cd book And a letter.Boy this is a jokethey told me they could not refund my money.And in other words i lost 219.00.This company needs to be stopped .And people work hard for their money And we should get a refund.Because we sure are not getting a credit card,PLEASE HELP US!!!!
