Complaint Review: RX MALL - RX CONNECT

RX MALL - RX CONNECT Deducted $607 from checking account then says they can't find transactions in their files. Takes your money then hides. ripoff Nationwide

RX Mall took $307 out of my checking account for a diet pills order. Then they said they had to cancel this order and reorder (they offered 90 pills for $339 this time). They never refunded the first $307 and took out another $339 under the name of RXConnect.

The phone number on bank statement provides a recording telling you to go to a website, after many frustrating emails with their "general support" persons-they say they cannot find the transactions in their database. Even after i sent them a copy of my bank statement showing both transactions, they said they can't find transactions in their database.

So they got $646 out of me. This was a very expensive lesson. Unfortunately my bank is the credit union at the Federal hospital where i work and they are not at all happy about doing a charge back. they say there's nothing they can do even though the debit card i used is a VISA. SO-i'm out $646.

Do not order from any online pharmacies-they use several different names, you don't know who you are dealing with and you can't trace them.
