I recently ordered a perscription online from pharmical.com, company name is RX Medical. I did receive my perscription but was billed twice for the same order.

I called the number that was listed on my account billing statement several times to correct this billing error but I kept getting put through to a voice mail and have had no response by telephone.

I then found out that Rx Medical and Pharmical.com where one in the same so I started sending emails to Pharmical.com's customer service dept.

After several emails and several days I got a response saying they (Pharmical/RX Medical) would look into it.

After a few more days I still had not gotten a response. I then emailed Pharmical again. Once again no response. I sent another email, then another.

Pharmical then responed on 4/12/03 and said the billing error would be corrected on Monday 4/14/03. Well it was not. I waited untill Wed 4/16/03 and emailed Pharmcal agian... no response...emailed them again Thur 4/17/03... no response.

This is my money that I worked hard for it and these people are basically stealing it. I did business with them in good faith and I'm getting screwed. It's not right. The really screwed up thing is they are probably going to get away with it and that really sucks. People do not do business with this company.
