Update paid $225 on 2/14/17 recd fake tracking number email 2/26/17 LAST EMAIL RESPONSE 3/5/17 assuring me that order had been reshipped Customer Info updated to rb003464635pk Had USPS trace this USPS reported pkg in transit 4/14/17 USPS reports pkg delivered to its destination in Ormond Beach FL I live in Columbus Ohio total number of emails sent by me so far is 73 total number of phone calls -well over 100 $!$! these are always answered by a very very nice lady named Tina. She always listens to me even when I am absolutely crying in hysterics . There is obviously nothing she can do to make management respond to my inquiries but she is very very nice
