I don't know who this company is and cannot find a website for them. The phone number contained in their e-mails is not answered by a live person and they only tell you to leave a message.

This company charged my credit card in April $225.00 for an order that I never placed. In April, they sent an e-mail to an account that I do not check very often, saying that an order had been received. That e-mail was followed by another e-mail saying the order had been cancelled, so I did not pay too much attention, especially since I had not placed any orders with them.

Unfortunately, I did not look at my credit card statement last month. I just received my statement for May and there were two charges on 5/13 from EXPORTADOR CAMPS for $210.00 each (one of the charges was credited back on 5/28). I did not know this name and there was no phone number associated with it on my statement.

After much research, I finally remembered the e-mail from April. When I checked that e-mail, I found two more e-mails from them in May saying the same things as the ones in April... order received and order cancelled. There are also two e-mails dated 6-9 saying the same thing, so I imagine they will be trying to bill my credit card again.

I have filed disputes with my credit card company today. I have also sent an e-mail to rxcustomercare@gmail.com demanding a refund of $435.00 and notifying them that I was filing fraud reports against them with my credit card company.
