Sadly my story closely resembles what has previously been posted. I applied for a one month membership on March 13. They default the sign-up information page to the more expensive membership which is twice as much. I changed this to the one month option they provide, submitted my credit card information and all other required personal info and hit the submit button. I should have never, and please don't repeat my mistake, given a website my credit information directly. And now I see why they set it up this way.

I immediately cancelled the membership and retained the confirmation from them stating that I would not be automatically rebilled for any amount period. They also stated that I could continuing using their website as a preferred member until the end of the inital contract period being June. This of course referred to the three month option I did not sign up for but was charged for any way.

I have made at least three or four attempts to contact them and have asked why the twice as expensive option was billed to me when I did not apply for it. I have also asked why they have continued to blatently violate their own written policies they keep refering me to! Trying to attempt this is a feat in and of itself. They tell you they cannot be reach by phone and go out of their way to give you a real round-a-round when it comes to contacting them and then attempting to retrieve their response.

They never have answered my questions, and as of the last time I tried to email them, I realized they completely removed me as a member, and I no longer have a valid username or password. Again the openly violates their written policy.

Quite frankly, I don't trust them to go anywhere near the website. They informed me at one point that I had spent 1 hour and 8 minutes on their site. Sure I did, I was trying to figure this out and investigate for myself what was going on. Furthermore, they have $70 of my money with a confirmation to me saying I can continuing using their services until June.

I was also informed that as a kindness to me, they cancelled my membership so that I would no longer be rebilled! No! I did that myself on March 13.

Fraud, violations of their own written policies, as well as time-consuming, and aggravating (to put it mildly) waste of my personal time is all I am left with at this point.

In all fairness to the company, they finally did answer one (and only this one) of my requests for a refund considering what they fraudulently did to me. And the answer finally came approximately three days ago saying something to the effect of "after a full investigation of this matter, we see no good reason to refund any money to you". Those might not be their exact words - but are very close.

I hope someone will read this report, and can avoid all the stress, anger and exhaustive time and energy (not to mention the monetary lose) that I have gone through for what seems like an eternity.

RxPop is in no way, shape or form the outstanding, trustworthy company they claim to be. I was totally mislead by them, and I don't know if I am more angry or just plain embarrased by this situation. Shame on me for trusting them in the first place, and shame on Rxpop for their fraud and violations.
