It seems this company has gone to extremes to explain why they won't refund accounts when requested. Which tells me they have many requests. Hmmm.

It's not bad enough to find I've been billed for services I did not request, use, or have knowledge of; but I can not even cancel it as I cannot log on or provide the ID and password that is acceptable!

I have tried repeatedly to cancel and used your help desk extensively. I still have not been provided with a means to log on.

My account has been charged since December and I'd like confirmation of the number of orders or even attempted orders I've placed.

I don't know how a company can be allowed to practice like this but eventually someone will bring enough attention to it to possibly bring about changes.

I am making a final attempt:

Please cancel the account you are charging me for.
Please contact me regarding the repeated charges even though I have tried to cancel.
Please do something other than threatening people with how you will foil their attempts to cease practice with your company.
