I can see other people have also had negative experiences with the same individual here. Im my case, Ryan took over two months to produce a pair of custom made shoes for me. The shoes were aesthetically different from what I paid for. I asked for a minor alteration to reflect that. That's when Ryan stopped responding to messages. 5 months later and he's still ghosting me and I have no items.
