Complaint Review: Ryan Ansell

 As  an investor please be aware of investing any of your money with Ryan Ansell of Scottsdale Arizona. He may have different companies or have employees who ask you to invest your money for construction projects or investment opportunities. As in our case Loreto Bay a fractional (like a timeshare) where they were to build homes and sell them. We were to see a return each month on our investment and never saw one. One perk like a timeshare was to be able to visit once a year to this beautiful dream vacation spot with beautiful new Mexican style homes. All that needed to be paid was for the housekeeper to clean when you left. The photos were beautiful and the information spiral brochures. We invested and never saw a dime back. Then they blamed it on the market turning and we could not sell our shares as they call them. Like buying iinto a company only unlike the stock market or other companies there is no one to sell them too. When we wanted to visit they said the homes did not have electric or furnishing in them. Scam is what I call it. We are trying to get our investment back today.  I wanted to post this so anyone out there does not get scammed by this individual. Please be aware of people trying to take your hard earned money and tell you and sell you on an investment only to never hear much after ward and wonder where your money really went.
