I tried to sell a house with this guy. Ya he charged me a higher fee than all the other realtors i talked to. I thought he would be good because of it but it was no better than anyone else. He had me lower my price all the time! He had some buddy who was a realtor with a buyer and I think he got a cut eh. Dont go with this guy he's a jerk and doesnt give a crap. He just wants your commission check
