Ryan Harrigan, DBA All Around Carpentry, is a terrible contractor, does not have a current Idaho Contractor's License, and created a terrible mess with damage beyond the scope of work.
He does not honor any agreement he might have made, has too many excuses for all the problems he creates, and once he has been paid for work is hardly every on the job site.
