I recently received a $100 fine. $100 fine on 8/12 for a trash can that was in front of my house. The trash can did not belong to me and was laying in the street. I pulled it out of the street and kept it in front of my garage until the trash company recollected it. I didn't have extra room in my garage to store it. I'm a single guy in a townhouse by myself. I have received trashcan violations over a year ago for the can not being put away in time. I LIVE ALONE AND TRAVEL EXTENSIVELY. You're neighbors can only help out so much. Give me a break. I made the association aware of this when I moved in. They are very rude on the phone. Actually the lady just hung up on me today. Good luck getting anything but a robot on the phone. The parking is terrible, the snow removal is a joke, etc etc. They do nothing. You can only find them come election time!!!!!!! west chester, Pennsylvania
