I've noticed so many rebuttals about Ryan Huckstep when people report him as being dishonest and a scumbag. Obviously those writing the report are Ryan and his loyal associates over at CountryWide Full Spectrum.

My courier company worked for his branch for two months, doing about 5-8 runs per day. Sometimes local, sometimes to S. Florida, Tampa, etc. One day he decides to tell his people not to use us due to a 'billing' problem.

The problem was that after we provided wonderful service, he got the bill for it and freaked. Why did Ryan freak you ask? Maybe because Full Spectrum and other CountryWide Branches aren't allowed to use Couriers!

He was using 3! After he would screw one of them, he'd call on another until I caught on.

He bullshitted me for weeks along with his assistant Rachel who is no longer employed there, telling me the invoices were being processed, etc. It wasn't until after she was 'removed' that we found out that Ryan still had the invoices.

Mr. Huckstep thought he could hide the $7k he owed my company along with the $2k he owed my competitor in his branch's 'expenses' so it would not come out of his bottomline.

Obviously $7k was too much for him to hide so we went above and beyond him to Roberto, his area manager. As you can imagine, Roberto was not too happy with this and the fact that now the Corporate office had to come up with $7k, asap to avoid a legal hassle that we threatenend them with.

After we signed an agreement to be paid by June 15th, we finally got our check July 1st, making our agreement null and void so the $1k discount I gave them is now due to us. Maybe we'll sue for it, maybe we won't. I might just report them to the Better Business Bureau so they can't expand their company until my debt is satisfied.

After I fixed the billing problem in May w/ Ryan, he invites us up to the office, shakes my hand and says welcome back, "you are our new exclusive courier" (we lowered our rates about $10 for the exclusive use of our company).

Needless to say, we never got a call after that until a month later when the other 2 couriers realized he screwed them and their loan Officers had no one to call, basically begging me to do a run for them. Of course I told them to shove it.

So for all of you that defend this piece of garbage, let me just say that I Found this site because of the people he has screwed and now i'm finally able to tell everyone that he is in fact, the scum that everyone thinks he is. I've heard of his cocaine connections in miami as well as a lot of his 'close' account executives joining in on the full with him.

The other couriers have since contacted Roberto and i'm sure Roberto will 'deal' with Ryan very shortly.

My other client is another mortgage company and their investigation into his fraudulent activities at his 'other' branch is still ongoing...so...your not out of the woods yet!

Come on guys, shouldn't you be out delivering something instead of trying to insult someone who obviously kept you in business in the past? Give it up! You got your money so shut up and get over it. Continuee delivering packages for 1-2-3 mortgages or whatever else fly by night mortgage company you work for. You should be greatful that Countrywide the number one lender in the nation, and one of the best branches in the company decided to use you. Hopefully you will not post anymore comments on this this site. Ryan keep doing what your doing. Book em' and Cook em', Find em' and sign em' Book it dot com broooottthhhhhaaaaarrrrreeeee...

Well Well, Another loyal follower decides to respond. I'm assuming you either are Him or are one of his friends since you knew we were in the 'process' of being paid at the time I wrote this. Actually, I had just gotten my check and made sure it cleared before I wrote this to make sure I had the money in my hands.

Lets see where to start;

High school dropouts? Hmm, Myself and the other owner each have a college degree.

Did a bad job? IF the job was so bad, why did we get SOO many jobs? Weren't the tons of jobs we got the reason the bill got so high? That would make sense to me.

Lost my only account? Please kid, my other mortgage client does 4 times as much business out of one office than this full spectrum branch will ever do. I Remember seeing officers with NO loans on the board, half way thru the month. How sad! Maybe thats why so many people quit. I personally know 3 people that have quit since my last article. 2 of them now work at 1-2-3 Home Loans. Countrywide still owe's us another $1,000 which we haven't bothered pursuing as of yet. Probably will cost more in lawyer fees if we tried to collect. We got the bulk of our money and thats what we care about. I know all about why he was fired from Ameriquest in St. Petersburg and I know all about the ongoing investigations as well.

I love when these 'braindead' followers try to back him up on this site, its actually pretty sad. You people love him so much, u want him to run for office? How sad it is that you've been brainwashed that much.

And you think that Countrywide can have couriers? I Have documentation from Roberto, the area manager, that YOU CAN NOT.

I heard of this website, and wanted to check the credibility of a courier service. I came across this little antic-dote and couldn't help but respond, Dan you are really in to this guy you guys work together or sleep together. I never saw a man talk about and man like this...

I liked the part were you start judging them calling High School Drop Outs, I couldn't help but ask what are you besides in love with you boss,,, frigen loser get a girl friend

regular Einstein over here...listen boss I really don't care what happened but if they weren't valid charges your company probably wouldn't have paid them,,,, if they did triple charge you,,, well you got taken by a bunch of high school drop out way to go brains,,, the company should fire any incompetent that cant keep simple records to prevent there company from getting taken...Run for office sounds like this guy couldn't run a calculator...

The world would be a better place if people like this would just exercise there freedom to shut up!

I guess perception is reality and all that matters for people like this is what distorted reality they live in.

This company would not be categorized as a Reputable company - Countrywide is and that is the reason they are not doing business anymore !
I have personally worked with Ryan and was unfortunate enough to experiencing this company myself.

Any company that is made up of a bunch of high school drop outs that triple charge for one trip and don't incorporate professionalism in there vocabulary deserves to get paid late.
There words caring now meaning when there acts contradict what they say.

The facts of the matter;

-The complaint about not being paid- false they are being paid, but it takes time to validate what charges are accurate and which ones are not

-They have been banned from many Mortgage companies in the past and they are very bitter because their unprofessional approach has gotten them black balled from Countrywide.

-This company consists of drop outs, left-over, and orphans of other courier companies

-Countrywide is allow to use courier service but only with reputable companies that do business right and don't over charge.

-Couriers can be and are being utilized at Countrywide, just not these particular ones

-And according to them Ryan should be in trouble, but from my point of view it seems to me that he enjoying life pretty well with a new promotion and a supportive company and staff that appreciates him!

A word to the wise- lies and anger gets you know where and it surly doesn't get you Paid!
Being upset because you lost your only account is understandable but defecating or taking it out on an innocent person like Ryan only SHOWS THE WORLD WHO THE REAL VILLAN IS-
REMINDER- HAVE CHARATER DON'T BE ONE!

**One more disclaimer;
I go on this site because contrary to popular belief half of the stuff submitted on this site is false and inaccurate, but amusing. The majority of what is being submitted is for the wrong reason and is usually submitted by there person that really needs an article written about them. Anyone can write something about any thing, but My curiosity is why is there so much attention about one particular person?
Some Love this guy, like me other hates him like these people, but know one ignores him!!
This guy gets more attention - positive and negative than the Pope!

I don't care what anyone says or believes- Your doing something right when you get this much notoriety.

Ryan- you should run for Office!
I will vote for you and anyone that truly knows you will too-
You're the best- and keep doing what you're doing
People try to discredit you- and they may doubt what you say, BUT THEY WILL ALL REMEMBER WHAT YOU DO!! You have done a lot off good and have changed lives- You have your soldiers out there that will keep the Huckstep Campaign and drive alive for EVER !!
