I Am Ryan Jarrett the owner of Unique Solutions Basement waterproofing. I have never cheated or stole any money or deposit from anybody, but when you give honest estimates to cheap real estate investors who try to squeeze the blood out of you wanting you to perform work at their price and not yours or put a band-aid on a gunshot wound and you stand your ground, this is the kind of CLOWNS you run across.
He is such a joke. Yes I require a deposit, what contractor doesn't? If this clown wants to address this complaint truthfully, he has my number 734-678-8867, actually a new customer told me about this complaint.
