These people some how get ahold of your information from anything and then they start calling you saying you won this much money but first you have to send money here before you get it. They always go through Western union for the money. If they don't recieve it they either hound you for it or sometimed these scammers will come to your house and hurt you. I know this for a fact because one of them from CA. threatened  me and my husband, so of course we told this jerkoff to come here cause we need some new targets practice on. He hung up and for the rest of the night my husband kept calling them all thru the night making this guy mad. He told my husband to quit calling him and my husband said "how does it feel to be harrassed" . These people live here in the US and go over seas to get these cell phones where they can't be found for fraud of any kind except when they go pick up the money from western union then they are on video. Really we need to have a law suit against western union for allowing this crap to go on. Someone already filed against money gram and now they have to pay back all the charges to alot of people. So just be where and look out for the eldery cause thats who they are going after since they believe everything.
