RYAN MASTERS SCAM. Fraudulent GiftCards on Ebay DEFRAUDED MANY OTHERS BEFORE WATCH OUT GRIFFFINS, Georgia, MICHIGAN, FLORIDA
This person (RYAN MASTERS) has defrauded other people and i fell a victim to this person too. I paid for
(2) $200Walmart Gift Certificates by GreenDot. It turned out to be Fraudulent GiftCards....
He has multiple alias on Ebay..

My name is Jon Bender and I'm a special investigator with a local non-profit Florida Crime Agency who work with local and national law enforce to catch Internet scam artists. If any victims of Ryan Daniel Masters (AKA: Veovis) would come forward and mind chatting with me via e-mail regarding this person so we may gather more information on him it would be very appreciated. We've been investigating him and his scamming partner (Yes, it's not just Ryan Masters orcastrating these fraudulent activities) since March of 2004 and are very close to making a Federal arrest. Any information you can possibly provide, including further discussion of what has been posted on this website, will greatly help our attempt in bringing these criminals to justice and putting them away for a very long time.
