Complaint Review: Ryan Masters

He purchased an item from me, using one of the eBay IDs listed above, it was however sent to a Seattle, WA address, and he called me from a Seattle area code when he bought it to get the tracking number, he (or someone using his name) signed for it on delivery. He promised to pay additional amount for the shipping but I never heard from him, the amount was so small I didn't really care

i dont think he has realized it but he just ripped off someone from his home home of Livonia Michigan! he was always trying to defraud stores like Myers out of gift cards and employee discounts and then moved to florida because i think the cops were investigating him for fraudulently using a manager code to get discounts on electronics.

anyway my friend bought an item from him through an ad in the paper in atlanta, ga and didnt realize the scammer he was dealing with! when she called me about a laptop that never arrived and a fake address to pick it up and said the name ryan masters i knew exactly who she was talking about!!!

through some investigations and police reports i found he is driving an early 1990's Ford Tarus, white in color, license plate KC8WU, he had a green truck when he left michigan but i dont think he was paying the bank so it might have gotten taken or stolen, his plate on that was michgan registered "HACKERS" license plate

please if anyone has any more information on ryan masters or victims want to come forward please reply!! i may be able to help you out he's somewhere in atlanta ga now ripping people like my friend off for thousands!

As a question, has anyone using PayPal ever been able to get address information on someone that committed fraud AND AFTER PayPal confirmed as a result of their little email "investigation" that the defrauding party was non-responsive and obviously a fraud AND they were "CONFIRMED" (whatever that means to buyers through PayPal)?

I know more about this person, as they are using the Ebay name veovissdf right now--like the last person who commented, how do I get more info to get in contact with you? This is a ridiculous ordeal--it shouldn't be this simple to rip people off--just make up some new name and start ripping people off all over again when the last name gets to be tarnished--there is another report on him I created.
