Business owners, please make sure you know exactly what you are getting into before you opt to do business with this company. They are very good at hiding the details, hidden cost and terms from you. They go out of their way to hide this information/knowledge from the sub-agent who calls on you because anyone with ethics could not, in good conscience, sell this product/company to you.
Independent Contractors/Agents, do not work for this company if you expect to get paid what you have rightfully earned. This company will continually find reasons to pay you less than what you should be paid based upon the commission schedule but of course there will be no documentation. They will pull at least 10% out of each of your paychecks for an alleged escrow account they will not provide any statements for and if you leave before you have received commissions due, it is highly unlikely you will ever receive them.
Employee's double check the hours you have worked vs. the hours you have been paid for every time.

It always amazes me that the person(s) complaining and making things up on these reports usually do so anonymously.
Our response is that these sales agents are trained and instructed that we are in business to help merchants improve their businesses. They are further instructed in the various ways to price merchant agreements to save these merchants money. Our management team is available 24/7 to assist agents in the field on pricing and sales questions. There are no hidden fees and the merchants receive a copy of every document they sign.
As for sales agent commissions, it is part of the agreement they sign with us to set up and hold 10% of each commission. There is no fine print and the purpose of this is to prevent fraud on the part of the sales agent and give our company a way to hold the agents in the field to ethical standards. Our company assumes a large amount of monetary risk in this industry.
Hourly employees punch a time clock and the time cards are kept in that employees file to verify to the employee and various governmental agencies that they have been paid in full.

The people in this complaint are not EPS company employees. This complaint and it's accusations of hidden fees to merchants and employees not being paid is NOT about EPS company. EPS has been in business over 20 years, and always treats its merchants and employees good. There are no hidden fees, statements are clear & easy to read and fees are the lowest in industry. EPS independent contractors have standard contracts with the same pay schedule for all; commissions and residuals are paid according to contract documentation. All of its corporate employees and independent contractors get paid as they should - it would be illegal not to & they would not be in business all these years if it were not paying its employees.
