Complaint Review: ryan von hofgaarden

I did a search on this company because they came recommended by someone. After reading the numerous reports online, all I can do is shake my head. Whether or not the owner is a felon, drug addict, or whatever, the rebuttals and responses to these posts are the most unprofessional comments I've seen for a business. If you know this guy, leave him alone. And to the owner, stop responding to this mess. It makes you look guilty with all the responses and character assassinations you're doing. Naming people that have nothing to do with your business is unprofessional and childish. Let it go and move on. I personally would never use a Legal service that can't keep his own personal matters private. Can you imagine the lack of privacy his clients would receive? And to the people that keep trying to post reports about him, just stop. This guy can't control himself enough not to respond. You've ruined his business so move on. Stop being hateful. 

Let me point out there's another post on here using the screen name "concerned citizen". These posts are all by the same individual, Amy Colleen Schaefer Sims. The names used to cause harm are also "justice for all" and "churchpolice". These are all the most bizarre names to use. What are the odds that people are going to go out of there way to respond to Amy's initial post and be just as evil. People with a life and decency don't trash someone with false allegations on the internet. They also don't attack a company with employees that depend on the company for a living. 

I'm not a convicted felon. I was found not guilty of a felony. The person who posted this, Amy Colleen Schaefer Sims is a convicted felon. This is why this post is so ridiculous. Then she uses "church police" as her handle. This isn't very Christian.

This was posted by Amy Colleen Shaefer Sims who has borderline personality disorder and is bipolor. She has been committed twice to Green Oaks Mental Hospital and Timerlawn Mental Hospital three times in 2013. One of the posts is by Alisal Baker. Alisal Baker and Amy Sims met eachother in Green Oaks. Alisal Baker has the same diagnoses as Amy Sims. They've both admitted to doing this. The only embarrasing thing about this post is that I was Married to Amy Sims who posted this a day after I divorced her. She didn't even show up in court due to her mental instability.

I didn't renew my process server license because I'm not a process server. I have process servers that work for me. I'm the director of the company and don't serve papers

In the copy and paste of my criminal charges above NAOG means not guilty. This was all posted by Amy Colleen Shaefer Sims who is my ex wife. She's violent and spent 45 days in jail for splitting my chin open with a pipe. She has borderline personality disorder and there's a restraining order preventing her from going near her son.

Ryan has amother DUI charge pending in Denton county and has expired process license.  Look it up!!

This report was posted by Amy Sims, my ex wife (thank god!). She's not even a client but retalitating for me divorcing her. Reading this false report she posted about my company how could you blame me? These are the reviews from actual customers posted around the internet.

The screen names posting falsehoods about my company are "Church Police" and "Justice For All". Nobody serious about posting here would use these screen names. It's not a coincidence these peculiar names are being used. This is my ex wife being vindictive. Documents are drafted and filing lawsuit on Monday for character defamation. You can refer to the client testimonials on the DFWLS website. We've never had a problem with a client. Using the name "Church Police" and posting what she posted is pretty contradictory.

Google his name and do a background check on Ryan Von Hofgaarden.  He is not licensed by state as process server due to recent criminal history.

This was a personal attack and a lawsuit is pending for the report she posted.

The comapny is a Major RIP oFF! This man is a felon, and drug addict who illegally uses this company to stalk people, and steel their indetities for the porpouse of retrieving social security #'s, driver liscense #'s to steal and stalk people.

Its a shame that these drug addicts/felon are getting away with these crimes right underneath out nose. pulling his records you can see all of his crimes. know as a major drug addict, and operating from a sober house that should be shut down.

Stay clear of this man for the sake of not being ripped off! The sober house should be notified of these doings, as well as his probation office, and the county of Dallas

I certainly hope YOU dont consider yourself to be Christian. Your post is about as ANTI-CHRISTIAN as it gets. Instead of using the web to post defaming comments, wouldnt it have been better to get this person some support?? If youre the self proclaimed "Churchpolice" then shouldnt YOU have reached out and helped this person. Obviously YOU are perfect and have never made a mistake in your life EVER!! Get off your high horse. Your post sickens me. Its a sad state of affairs when some jack@ss can sit there and post defaming comments about a single individual while useing "church" in their name. Its almost unreal. YOU should have been trying to help that individual. Maybe reach out and do a "Sunday" event you know Church and lunch. Maybe do an evening sermon and dinner and a movie. Maybe this person just needs someone to care about them just a little.

Since even YOU state that his parents shipped him off. He could just be suffering and need a friend. But Im guessing that YOU wouldnt be that good of a freind to this person. If you could be then you wouldnt have posted about this person. No you would have done your "Christian Duty" and tried to help. So since that didnt happen we can all safely assume youre nothing but spiteful trash.
