WARNING!!! -- This is a fraudulent and illegal fly-by-night scam operation which conducts business out of various and/or multiple locations and under changing names. Their other known aliases include, "Pinnacle Financial Solutions," "LaLoanMod," "Thumpertherott," "Dennis James" and "Jodie McMillian." They prey upon desperate individuals who fear loosing their homes, or the merely greedy who wish to 're-negotiate' the terms of mortgages they originally agreed to (desperation and greed are what all parasitic con artists thrive on).
Ironically, they're the same people who originally suckered clients into toxic loans in the first place and now they want to rip you off for even more by "helping" you modify them. Irregardles of what these people tell you, THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT YOUR FRIENDS. They will not, nor could they legally, provide the "attorney-assisted" services they claim to.
This entity and it's assorted owners including, RYAN ZIMMERMAN, DENNIS JAMES and JODIE McMILLIAN, are currently under investigation by the FTC, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the California Bar Association, the district attorney and others and have multiple lawsuits pending against them. Furthermore, they don't pay their bills and are on the run from their creditors, so potential vendors, employees, brokers and agents should be especially cautious.
If you need legal assistance modifying your loan, be sure to seek licensed and legitimate counsel in good standing with your local and state bar associations. "Jodie McMillian," who identifies himself as the "CEO" of this operation in a press release dated 12-05-2008, would appear to use a number of aliases. Even within the release itself his name is spelled two different ways (i.e. "Jodie McMillian" and "Jody McMillian"). If you've been ripped off by these guys, you may find the part where he describes his partners, Ryan Zimmerman and Dennis James, as "the top loan modifications (sic) consultants in the country" to be mildly amusing! To immediately respond to this Rip Off Report post is 100% a pleasure. First off this post is written by a former Independent Contractor who was let go on Feb 4th 2009. We decided as a group to severe our relationship with this individual who will be mentioned here within as Steve. Steve was let go do to insubordination, being late for work/not or showing up to work and not following the rules and regulations of Pinncale Finnacial Solutions Code of Ethics. Pinnacle Financial Solutions Code of Ethics is what we stand for and live by. We take this very seriously and hope you do as a potential client or current client. . We find it interesting as should you that this post says "Pinnacle Victim" and has no clear Name or City. Please note this and understand how would other than an independent Contactor of ours have all of our numbers and fax numbers. It just doesn't add up and this is clear this was written by Steve. We are also on top of everything else have his computers IP address from our IT department that is related back to this post and we know it was in fact Steve who wrote these inaccurate statements about Pinnacle Financial Solutions.

Steve is someone we decided as a group to give a great opportunity too, to help people save their homes and he repays his own clients and us by not showing up to work, not listening to our rules and regulations of Pinnacle's code of ethics and then on top of it goes and tries to write inaccurate statements about Pinnacle on the Rip Off Report. These is severe and we already have Pinnacle's esteemed General counsel on this issue. Steve will be dealt with legally and he will take down this post or we will see him in court and get this removed one way or another.
