Don't expect any customer service or assistance from the Cardiff BMW dealer or from BMW (GB).

We purchased our car (a nearly new 5 Series) from Rydale BMW in Cardiff 280 miles away. A price was agreed and so was the trade in price of my existing BMW. 4 days later (after the sales manager returned from his holiday) the price of the car went up 2,000. When I collected the car the Satellite Navigation CD ROM was missing and I am 8 months later still waiting for my Warning Triangle. It also took them over 2 weeks to clear the finance off my old car severely affecting my credit rating.

BMW (GB) don't want to know, as far as they are concerned it is the dealer at fault, the dealer won't return my telephone calls as they now have my money and are not interested.

The morale of this story is DON'T BUY A BMW and expect customer satisfaction.

As far as I am concerned the BMW ownership experience SUCKS!
