Complaint Review: Rydell Group / Jeff O'Neill

I posted an ad on Craigslist to help move some furniture since I am unable to do so because I am pregnant. I got a disgusting response to an email.  I simply asked him if it was okay for 2 trips he sent me another email with an unclear message, see below:

I am left completely shocked. I called the Better Business Bureau Of Mainland BC and they told me to contact the RCMP. Contacted them and since he isn't threatening me but other people specifically, they cant do anything.

This guy needs to be taught a lesson or at least have his "business" completely shut down

Im waiting to hear back from the woman im purchasing the crib set from. Its located in north burnaby, storage locker is in Vancouver on Wall St. Then the sectional couch im picking up is on Glen Dr. in Coquitlam.
