Complaint Review: Ryder Truck

We had reserved a large truck at this location and when we went to pick it up it was broke we got another truck left with it and it was broke we had to take it back the man behind the counter told us that when the 1st truck was fixed we could have it as we needed something with a dock high lift gate we wanted two trucks all together and had to settle for a fifteen foot small one which was to small for what we needed it for when we called to see if they had fixed the first truck mike told us it was fixed and he rented it out.We went to budget and got what we needed to finish our job when we took the small truck back to RYDER there sat the first truck on the lot they still had it but wasn't going to let us have it as plan.

When I called Ryder to ask for a customer service number Mike refused to give me one and he was far from being nice no southern texas hospitality there. He told me I didn't know what was going on with that truck and it wasn't any of my business.Well I got news for him it is my business and it was my business that he cost time and money too and from now on I will call only BUDGET not RYDER!!
