I worked for a Cydcor marketing group in Tx. for about 6 months. We had conference calls with Raf Diaz at least once a month because his office is always ranked in the top 3, so I know who you are talking about. I agree with this to a certain extent. I dont agree 100% that this company is evil, simply if youre not a good salesman you wont succeed. So the whole point of this company is to make cash. I myself am a RN major who wasnt satisfied making 38G's a year. So I put myself on the market to try and find something more. They stress being selfless more than ever at these kinds of companies because ultimately the only way you will succeed is if your pyramid is producing.

Nevertheless being the selfless person I am is what drove me to leave the company. So you start out as a "New account Mgr." (I personally worked the Quill campaign) selling office supply biz to biz baby!! I wouldnt say its a bad gig everyone needs Office Supply and quill has it at a wholesale price. "Give me your Business Card and I'll get you guys in our system!!" ha-ha j/j back to what I was saying its not that bad of a gig. Once you meet the standards of 10 apps. (Accounts) for 500 p.p. (personal profit) in a 5 day work week you get "promoted" yeeeeeeeeah!!! Now we get to come earlier and stay later!!!!niice...lol well I personally met the standards in 4 days, what what! I was pretty consistent...I never made less than 4bills a week; I rang the s**t out of the bell son!!(the bell is this stupid tradition they have, when you make over 100 bucks you get to ring the bell in front of everyone so the weaker salesman who suck at selling stuff dont get discouraged and quit) my highest week was 2020...granted I sold 2 vending machines!! Thats why I say its not that bad of a gig for people who rock at sales. Hell I bought Nissan 350z cash after 2 and half months of the biz. Its true about the gas part and the commission, they make you pay for it and its a commission based job.

To me it worked out but to allot of people it sucks. If you are a "new hire" get ready to go on a "business trip". This is a good strategy I must say. They dont force you but reeeeally encourage you to attend biz trips. Pretty much you just go out of town and solicited a different city. But heres the difference. If you roll a bagel/donut (make 0 dollars for the day) a couple days in a row at home youre going to quit. If you do this on a "biz trip" youre kind of forced to stay and maybe you'll get lucky and close an account before the end of the week and get your spirits back up.

Like I was saying the next level is "Leadership". Now you get to Interview and train your guys that YOU hire. They tell you that its ultimately up to the Mgr. But in the end youre the one who gets to call your interviewee back to tell them they have the job. I think the reason why I was so successful at this is because I was real about everything. While conducting the 2nd interview were supposed to wait till lunch time to do the "lunchtime breakdown" which means this is where I explain the pay. BUT I did it totally differently.

In my car in the parking lot I would tell them everything from commission to cydcor. I ever printed a page of cydcor.com and a page of negative comments posted on ripoffreport.com for them to take home. I told everyone ill teaches you everything I know but I cant promise you you'll make what I make. Those who took the job were the people I wanted on my team. I didnt want to B.S. anyone like that ladies fianc was. I was considered a "neg bomb". yeeaaahh!! I was the guy with the bad attitude if I had a bad day. Everyone that made 0 dollars and was super happy I would tell them to their face they are brainwashed and weak. Ha.

So here are the standards to get promoted to Asst. Mgr. you must have at least 10 people on your team with 5 of those people being leaders. Once you meet this you have to consistently hit your production. This means your team has to hit net sales of 14G's a week for 2 weeks in a row. Once you do this you get promoted. Now when youre an asst. mgr. your commission goes from 28% to 52% AND you get a profit share of I think 12% from everyone who is on your team!! yeahhhh boiiii!! Ha. Now the mgr. tells you that when you are ready they will give you 10,000 to open your own office. ACTUALLY they dont give you sh*t, except a bank account. Once you SAVED 10G's thats when you open your own office. Once you do you are now considered an "outside deal" and your promoting mgr. gets 3bucks for every app your office closes. It might be 6 now im not sure. 3 outside deals=a consultant or some sh*t like that...Im just saying the pyramid doesnt stop at the mgr position theres always room for advancement.

Anyways back to my story, so there I was 6 months or so into the game. I had the 2nd biggest crew in the office. I had 7 hard workers that werent b.s.ed at the interview and 4 of those guys were leaders. Funny, all my crew was guys, none of the ladies never took the job. Furthermore, this is where I ended my cydcor career. Granted if I would have pushed for about 2-3 more solid weeks maybe ran one biz trip I would have pushed for Asst. Mgr. However, this is me being selfless. I saw that the strongest salesman on my team was averaging 257 bucks a week. And 2 of the guys on my team had families. I realized that these people are goodhearted ambitious people with allot of integrity that reminded me of myself that simply werent good at sales. If I would of continued I would have been successful, but at the same time I would be responsible for ruining allot of people's lives.

I could never live with something like that on my back. I just think im better than that. So it happened my last day after atmosphere. I introduced myself to my interviewee for the day. (Youre supposed to be "set up" to your interviewee. someone else is supposed to introduce you and make you look like some kind of sales god) But like I said earlier I thought that was bs to and I did it my own way. So I started talking to this guy and I took him into one of the offices to go over his resume.

This guy had a speech impediment, he used to be a cook at chilis and he has 2 kids with no mom. We proceeded to my car. I then gave him the ends and outs of the business, my pitch you could say and he responded "sh*t bro where do I sign". With a blank look on my face I stared at this guy. I know youre not supposed to judge a book by its cover but f sake, theres no way that this guy could possibly succeed. It saddened me to this think that this guy was f'd and his kids are going to end up eating ramen noodles. (No offense, Ramen is this dogs ballox!) Thats when I turned off my car and told him your not what imp looking for. I gave him a card to my moms real estate company BC they are hiring and I wished him the best. I then walked back into the office and told my mgr. "im done. Give my apologies to my leader"..

So there you got it thats the basic ends and outs of the Biz, its sourly up to you if you think its evil. Theres definitely an opportunity, however its an opportunity I dont want. Thanks. Yours truly
