LIKE A FOOL I TRIED TO SAVE MONEY AND S AND J USED AUTO PARTS HAS SEEN TO IT THAT I AM OUT A LOT MORE THAN IF I HAD GONE TO THE DEALER.

NEEDED A WINDOW REGULATOR FOR 97 RIVERIA. PLACED THE ORDER AND PAID FOR IT ON NOV. 9TH 2004. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE IT ON THE 13TH. DAMAGED, WE GOT IT THE 19TH. REORDERED AND GOT DAMAGED GOODS ON THE 24TH. RECEIVED ANOTHER DAMAGED ORDER ON THE 29TH. DEMANDED REFUND ON THE 30TH NO RETURNED CALL FROM JACKIE IN "REFUNDS". LEFT MESSAGE AT EXT. 202 "THE OWNER", JOHN NO RETURN CALL. LEFT MESSAGE FOR REFUND WITH JACKIE ON DEC 1ST, 3RD, 4TH 6TH 7TH 8TH 9TH 13 14 15 16 17 AND JUST HUNG UP TODAY THE 20TH. NO REFUND YET!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BUY OVER THE NET
