Complaint Review: S.I.R.S.

I have been receiving statements from S.I.R.S. for a couple of months, stating I have won cash and prizes; they want me to send a processing fee, as well as postage and handling to have funds released to me. I have sent several checks for fees and processing and have not received a check, but instead I have received request "documentation" for more money--for prizes, winnings and money. I feel that I am being ripped off and taken advantage of, dammit!
