I recieved a letter from the Prize Distribution Center of Las Vegas, Nevada. Being the cautiously optimistic person I am I went the right way to investigate this company. I was first drawn to the postmark on the envelope. It was marked from Lafayette, Colorado on March 10, 2005. And then at Denver it was marked presorted first class. Too bad for them now they spent their 30 cents to send me a worthless letter.

Now getting to the details. The letter enclosed was well put together. But it all looked either laser printed or printed with a very good regular printer. None of this was done with a typewriter that would ndent the paper at all. The total prize supposedly was in a lump sum of $677,519.00.

In the bottom right hand corner are 3 sets of numbers. In the format of numbers you would find on a personal check. Mine read as follows "53434 0000 423".

On my particular sheet there was no sign of any kind of phone number or contact information other than a mailing adress for this company.

On the "official" letter explaining the details in writing there was a signature on the bottom with the name "Kevin Smith". That is too common of a name to believe.

I truly believe that if anyone won such an amount of money no respectable company would make their winners give up money of their own. Just glad I had the desire to find out about this before I lost my own money.

i got the letter too. i wonder how they came up with the figure of $677,519? does anyone know anything abou this company..what are they trying to sell, if anything? or are they just making their profit off of the $21.95 people send in. i think that this website should be widely advertised so people will know that there is a place to go where they can educate themselves about these deceptive companies.i'm very happy i found it before sending any money in or calling any random phone numbers only to be sweet talked and cajoled into buying some random magazine i don't need i want.
