I contacted Joyce at S&J Auto Dcecmber 28, 2004 & purchased a front cap, airbags & dash assembly for a 2004 Chevy Malibu. On the front end of the transaction everything seemed fine-business as usual, quick phone responses, questions answered and e-mail responses. After paying for the parts with a credit card, all communication ceased when the question was raised where the parts were and why they missed their delivery date. After numerous attempts to contact Joyce, (15 days after the payment for the parts) she finally accepted my phone call and informed me that she could not believe that we had not received our parts. She also informed me that she would "get right on it," and determine where the parts were. To date she will not terurn my phone calls and the only contact that I have had with S&J is through their answering service. Is S&J deceptive? You be the judge! I will take the appropriate legal steps to protect myself and my investment. Buyer Beware!!!!!
