Complaint Review: S&J ENGINES INC. SPOKANE WA

We bought a new engine from S & J Engines  in 2014.  We had less than 10,000 miles on the engine when it blew a head gasket and causing $1900.00 in repairs.  The engine was examined and a call was made to S&J from the repair shop.  We were promised that the engine would be taken care of.  They were going back on the gasket company.  After the vehicle sat at the repair shop for three months, numerous calls to S & J Engines, we paid to have the engine repaired.  We filed suit and attempted to serve the small claims suit.  The registered agent refused to accept the servic\e, the company signed for it but the person it was addressed to refused to sign. last week we again attempted to serve the company with the suit.

  On Monday I received a call from a man named  Casey?  I was told that he bought the shop in January and researched our claim.  He said he would pay the repairs.  Having been in the automotive indusstry for over 40 years, I feel it my respomsibility to get the word out that this business is now owned by an honorable business man.  Please pass his company name around and support a business owner that understands reputation, customer service, has a desire to be honest with his customers.
