It's mind boggling this company is still in business.

S & J does not even have any autoparts in stock. It's just 15 people in an office in upstate NY who take your money and won't give it back when they screw up your order. They get everything from another internet parts store.

My story is similar to other people's, except I actually did receive the correct part, a hood for my Audi A4, however the paint job was shoddily done and will need to be redone, at a cost of about $450.

I paid $250 for the paint job, so that is what I would like to get back from them. They said they'd credit my account but didn't, and repeated calls yield endless hold times, disconnects, completely futile.

I realize that my losses are less than many other people, but this does nothing to weaken my resolve to make these people pay for their lies and for what they've stolen from innocent consumers.

The reason I've filled out this Rip Off thing is to just find other people who've been screwed over. I'd like to get a group together and see what we can legally do.

S & J owes almost $100,000 in refunds, dating back for years, literally. Where are all these people?

Please try and post a reply to this message and we'll find a way to do something.

So, who's with me?? Strength in numbers.

After some more reading on this website, I see that I am far from alone and that I am certainly not the first person to suggest that we disgruntled customers band together and fight.

I'm in the process of filing with the attorney general. I guess my open question is: will this do anything? how long can this go on?
