Complaint Review: S&J Used Auto Parts

Is there a possiblity of starting a Class Action Suit against this company as they have continually ripped off so many of us. I wonder of John Bardino is sitting on a Yaught somewhere from the fruits of our labor.

We ordered a part, he sent the wrong one, then picked it up when we called to let him know it was wrong. That was back in July 2005, I have called and called even had an attorney write him letters, notified the BBB and still no response.

This man should not be allowed to be in Business any more. How do we get our money back and get him out of business?

If we can get a suit against him please respond I would like my $190.00 back, as I am sure all of you would also!
