S & J Used Auto ripped off, lied to, cheated, ignored. Rip-off! Saratoga Springs New York

This company is terrible. I ordered two rear ECS struts for my car on July 8th 2004. Well they sent them to me and the struts were totally blown apart. I kept calling and leaving messages and no one called me back. After a few weeks I finally recieved another set that were blown apart again. I kept calling, they kept ignoring or playing me off with poor excuses like the guy who was incharge of my order was fired. This continued on untill today (October 14 2005) when I finally recieved struts that were in tact.(5 sets later)

This company has terrible customer service and they love to just transfer you to voice mails when you call them. I will tell you what they are great at; taking your money. Oh yes, they will transfer that money right out fo your account the day you order the parts. You will just have to wait 3 plus months to get them. I advise you not do business with this company.
