I was a part of this company for years and saw all the ways they cheated by cooking their financial records by having two set of books. One book would be shown to authorities, with one containing the true records. They do substandard work by not following building codes and regulations. They also use substandard materials in their work. If an employee complain or mention the substandard work they would be fired. It was my job to fire employees who complained, and I was often forced to do so by Zoltan Kovacs-President of S&K Construction Company/AKOR Group which also discriminates against its minority employees.

I was the brain behind S&K Construction Company/AKOR Group, both Zoltan Kovacs-President & Julius Kollar-VP are incompetent and uneducated. They sit on their asses all day while I travel back and forth to DC and PA drumming up business for them. Then they tried to blame me when business don't go well due to the economy. I was also forced to lie to banks on their behalf in order to get them qualified for bonding & loans b/c they did not leave enough money in the company to operate.

Zoltan Kovacs & Julius Kollar uses S&K Construction Company/AKOR Group as their personal bank account to pay their mortgages, car payments & wives shopping sprees. I would caution anyone intending to do business with S&K Construction Company/AKOR Group to think twice before doing so. I was a part of this company so I know what I am talking about.

Don't worry Mr or Mrs whomever you are. I am not going to loose sleep over this bs tonight. I just don't know what kind of website this is that allows these false claims to be made by anyone against any person or company. First of all by assuming the identity of someone else, I am sure you are breaking the law. You didn't even spell the apparent authors name correctly. Either you have the education of a 12 year old or you are semi-gifted in the bad sense of the term. "When business don't go well". If you actually new something about our business or the author you are claiming to be, you would know that a CEO is the boss and has authoritiy over the whole organization including the president. DUH!! It takes years of hard work and strong audited financials to be considered by a bonding company and a bank. Go try to forge a relationship with either one and see how many lies you can get away with before they throw you out on your rear end. I find the part about 2 sets of books rather hilarious. I guess you have been watching too many movies. Why don't you just get a job and do something productive with your life instead of wasting it with this garbage.

I am available to any legitamite inquiry about our organization. We have been in business for over 25 years. We have references from every part of the residential, commercial, and government construction industry including many engineering firms and clients.

Don't worry AKA whomever you are. This will go to our company attorney tomorrow. I know 2 different private investigators and I have a very good acquantance who just happens to work for the FBI. I am very intersted to find out who you are and your motives for trying to discredit either our organization or the identity of the person you are assuming. I hope you own a nice car.
