Mortgage holders need take out mortgage ins. on their property.

All the money goes into a pot not drawing interest. For the mortgagee who sell their home. This loan is paid off. But the mortgagee doesn't know about or has forgotten about this money that is legally due him. You are to trace the mortgagee and send them a contract and Power of Attorney plus a introductory letter with a self stamp enclosed envelope. They will notorize and send back to you. Then you send it onto to HUD.

Sounds great in principle, but don't be fooled!
You spend countless hours getting all the paper work together and stamps then waiting for the return documents.
Not a single one is returned
Get them back all unopened - unknown address!
Thank God I found this out beofre wasting away 2007
