S&R SOLUTIONS, LLC RODNEY CASTRO, ROBIN CASTRO, SANDI WELLS AND JIM WELLS water restoration, construction Internet

Me and 3 of my friends answered an ad to work on restoring water damaged houses in New York after the super storm. The gentleman asking for help was Rodney Castro of El Mirage Arizona and he sent us the money to pay for most of our gas and lodging during our travels. Then when the money stopped coming one of us ended up funding the whole operation in New York which was finally refunded with receipts. The discussion of pay would raise every day or so and Rodney would have a different number each and every time? After a few days of disscussing this with Rodney and Robin Castro they brought in their "investor" Jim Wells. Jim Wells had different ideas than Rodney and Robin but none of the ideas ever came to a decided pay scale so after recieving less than half of our money we all left before any more damage was done.

S&R Solutions stands for Sandi and Robin (Sandi Wells and Robin Castro) obviously because double R or whatever it was called previously received too many complaints since Rodney gets a good payday then runs? no matter what the LLC is he seems to stick with 877waterdamage.com so beware and do not work for this man unless you are strictly volunteering to help keep him and his wife drunk every evening!

The longer we wait for the "commision report" the less likely we will get paid because his investor is in New York tying up the loose ends as we speak so it must be time to run?

Beware Rodney Castro

#9General Comment

Tue, February 26, 2013

I am an accountant doing work for (2) of the individuals who went to NY as subcontractors for Rodney Castro AKA S&R Solutions, 877waterdamage, Robin Castro, Sandra Wells, Jim Wells. Mr Castro is in fact lying as is his history.

He has confirmed the amounts owed to them via email and subsequently refuses to pay the monies due. His logic is it would cost too much for an attorney to go to court considering potential travel costs for the individuals to appear in Arizona. He consistently makes baseless threats to sue anyone who will not stand to be cheated by him and his group.

The NYS Attorney Genera, USDOJ and FEMA have been informed of the practises of the named parties. This matter is not over by any means and I can only caution anyone considering doing business with these people to BEWARE!

Property owners are subject to having Mechanics Liens filed by unpaid subcontractors against their homes or commercial properties due to this groups unscrupulous practises, and they know it. These accounts are being submitted for collection proceedings.

Truly Amazing

#9REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, February 18, 2013

Wow!  After reading all of the lies in this post I find it amazing that anyone would listen to this crap.  First of all Victor we did not call you to work for us you called us.  Second of all we paid you a lot of money and this seemed to be on an every day basis.  I have all of the documents, do you?  As far as the lies you are stating pertaining to "Sandy's bank account"  We both own that bank account and anything to do with this bank account is between Sandy and I.  Sandy knows what I do and I know what Sandy does.  This is called communication within a business.  You state that you are owed money but on all of the jobs you did they had to be re-done.  Gee I wonder why?  You can write what ever you wish but you have to lay your head down at night not myself, Sandy, Jim or Rodney.  No one has ripped anyone off.  I tell you what Victor I am tired of you telling lies and creating havoc just because you are broke, did not know the water restoration business and wants to find someone to blame for something that you did not do correctly.  Actually if you or anyone looks at the documents you actually owe us the company money.

Also you state that you and your 3 friends answered an ad!  Wow can you please show me where this ad is because we never posted any type of ad anywhere like this.  Again you came to us.  The bank had to call us for verification on your bank account because I believe you were over drawn so could not get a bank account.  I believe this is because you owe the IRS money.  Is this not correct Victor.  Jim is not our investor he is one of our partners so get it right when you tell a story.  I am truly laughing at all of this stuff you are saying.  So keep talking but make sure you tell the truth and not all of the lies that you are telling.

I was one of the workers and after our agreement stated in this report Rodney stopped answering our calls, has never paid us what was owed, sent us 1099 that were way over the amount we were paid and he threatens us with a fake lawyer in Florida that wont answer his phone either?

Sandra Wells of Surprize AZ is clueless to what is happening to her investment. Her husband is a drunk along with Rodney and Robin.

They have been paid by the insurance companies and did exactly what the other reports say by taking all of the money and not paying the employees, did not pay the Temp agency and left the work in shambles.

good luck to anyone that ever uses 877waterdamage.com and its pile of worthless business names.

Rodney Castro and Robin Castro are drunks, liars and Con Artists but most of all they are thieves.

Jim Wells of Surprize AZ and his wife Sandi Wells are the investors for the broke Castro's and they have been proven to be liars as well.

Jim Wells quaranteed that everyone would get every penny that was earned in New York but has not paid us after months of us proving what they owe.

Sandi Wells is just clueless of what is going on?

Robin Castro is a loud mouth that barks like a dog the whole time her husband is scamming customers out of everything they worked hard for.

Hello All,

Rodney Castro is the operations manager for the companies used under 877waterdamage.com.

Rodney claims that S & R Solutions stands for Sandra Wells and Robin Castro Solutions, but in fact Sandra Wells did not even know that Rodney and Robin were trying to use her bank account for the business checks that we needed to deposit after the first job? The bank contacted Sandra during our first deposit in November and she denied knowing anything about this business venture?

Rodney pushed out the experienced workers and replaced them with day labor so they could maximize their profits and tried to get the day labor to put back the sheet rock. After the work was below expectations the Scam Artists began to do what they do best, pack up to leave the state!

Now that Rodney, Robin, Sandra and Jim have been paid from the insurance companies they do not want to pay anyone else. The Temp agency that was involved has not gotten paid and everyone that did the actual work is still owed thousands.

Rodney and Robin Castro of El Mirage Arizona are liars and scam artists. If they were not liars then they would pay their debts and not have to change their company name after every storm

Double R Solutions
S & R Solutions

877waterdamage.com is the common denominator with all of the failed business attempts as well as their home address, which they list as their business address?

12934 W. Cherry Hills Dr
El Mirage, AZ   85335
(877) 995-3257

Go to the web site before doing business with these thieves and try to get the links to work?

Sandra Wells and Jim Wells of Surprize Arizona are part of the scam but they let Rodney do all of the lying for them. Jim Wells promised that everyone would get paid every penny that is owed to them but that was a lie.

Sandra Wells is  the first name on the business so that is where the law suit will start.

thanks for having a web site that will expose this Con Artist and his accomplices for what they really are!

Rodney threatens to sue any one that slanders his name but in fact we do not slander his name by telling the truth.

He has a hard time figuring out who to sue since he has done this multiple times/

Good Luck Criminal as I will be watching for your next scam during hurricane season this year to help your next victims not have to go through the same thing that all of us have had to endure.

Rodney, you claim that you are a changed man.  If so, why don't you pay your debts from your fake charity poker tournament in October, 2010?  Remember?  The one where you were arrested by the US Marshalls in front of the NBC cameras?

Everybody should watch this NBC story about Rodney Castro:
http://link.brightcove.com/services/player/bcpid44929925001?bctid=684717237001

Rodney Castro and Robin Castro stole tens of thousands of dollars and awarded fake prizes by claiming the money raised at this event would help children in Foster Homes.  The truth is, there was not any charity nor any kids, nor did the Castros pay their vendors from that night.  The Carnival Cruise vacation certificates which they awarded were generated on Rodney's computer.  When the winner of the certificate contacted Carnival, Carnival verified that Rodney Castro had fraudulently generated false certificates as prizes.

Rodney Castro, if you have really changed, then settle this debt so that you can truly move on with your life and put the past behind you.  Rodney Castro, I will provide you with my account information if you would like to do a direct deposit.  The debt is almost $6,000 with interest and penalties.  Or, since you still have a copy of the contract, feel free to send certified funds to the address on record.

Rodney Castro has a criminal past.  Just because he hasn't been prosecuted lately, doesn't mean he is not engaged in criminal activity.  (To people who ask why don't I sue Rodney Castro and Robin Castro, I have a simple reply: They won't pay.  They have dozens of lawsuits against them and over $100,000 owed to the IRS.  The best I can do, is let the world know that if they do business with Rodney Castro, they should expect to be ripped off!)

Typically I would not waste my time are company time to respond to such garbage.  I feel people who generally post on sites such as these do so to cause harm to someone for no other reason than self-gratification.

Before I tell S & R Solutions, side let me explain the mug shot in a few sentences.  If youre wondering if that is me, the answer is yes.  I am not ashamed of my past.  I certainly do not condone that type behavior, but I was a different person then.  In fact, I feel truly blessed because they say 1 out of 100 people ever get the chance to call their past a past.  For some reason God has blessed me and gave me the tools to be that 1 person and for that I am truly thankful.

In fact I do my best to share my past with others who could go down that road and let them understand what they will endure as they travel down the road.  To be honest I have to be very selective because todays society is taught once a bad guy always a bad guy and that is so wrong.  We all make mistakes, yet my favorite saying is Its not the mistake that counts it is how you fix it that counts.  Please note that I am using my real name, not a pseudonym like the people who have raised this complaint.  Kind of makes you wonder what they have to hide, doesnt it?

I enjoy working not only with kids, but young adults as well, to stop them from making the same mistakes I did.  Im very grateful to God, family, friends and my wife for allowing me to change.  Its only right that I try and help others.

Victor Smith, who I believe is the author of the above post, called this office asking if we had any work in New York.  He presented himself as the owner or one of the owners of a carpet cleaning business in Jacksonville, Florida.

We entered into a business relationship with Victor (the documents and contracts are available).  Victor was not in fact an owner of the company, but an employee,  by representing himself as the owner, when he was not, truthful.

I spoke to the owner of the business, who told me that Victor did not own the business.

Victor came to New York with a crew, to work our jobs as a subcontractor.  He said that he was xperienced in the business, had his own tools, and would be responsible for his own expenses.  In return, he would receive 85% of the contract.  S & R Solutions would retain 15% in return for supplying him with the work.

As it turned out, he had no tools, little experience in the business and no money to cover his expenses.  He did not even have a checking account.  I was, to say the least, disappointed to find this out.  Victor seemed like a good person, and I needed someone to do the work, so I offered to help him with his expenses.  The money I advanced him was to be deducted from his 85%.  He agreed, and signed a promissory note to repay the money.

Victor Smith and his crew were here for 14 days.   I gave him seven jobs to work, and received complaints on 6 of them.  We finally had to terminate our relationship (which we had the contractual right to do) because he was unable to cover his own expenses (as he had agreed to do). Moreover, he was incompetent.

The bottom line is that Victor did not honor the contract he signed with S & R Solutions.  Jim Wells, Sandi Wells husband, came to New York to check up on the jobs.  Each job had to be re-worked.  Victor complained that he was stranded in New York, with no way to get back to Florida. As a gesture of compassion, S & R Solutions (Sandi & Robin) paid Victors air fare so he could go home.

As of this posting, Victor claims that S & R Solutions still owes him money, but he refuses to supply the documentation necessary to verify this.  Our records show we owe him $671.00, which we are happy to pay.  We offered to pay Victor, and he refused to accept it. Instead he prefers to level personal insults on the character of the owners of S & R Solutions.  Which include Robin Castro & Sandi Wells Which he has attacked for now reason

We invite all current and former customers and subcontractors who have done business with S & R Solutions to give their thoughts and opinions on this matter.
