S Star K Paintball, Paintballerz.com paintball gun ripoff no response to phone calls or emails charged credit card no delivery of merchandise gave fake tracking number Fullerton California
On November 22, 2006, we ordered two Kingman Spyder paintball guns through www.paintballerz.com. Our credit card was charged right away. We called to follow up on the order on December 13th because Xmas was quickly approaching. We were given a tracking number for a package that was sent TO THEM. In other words they gave us a bogus tracking number. The tracking number had nothing to do with anything that was sent to us. In fact nothing was sent to us and nothing has been sent as of today December 28, 2006. We have tried repeatedly to contact the company and have received no response to emails and voice mails. On a few rare occasions that we got a "live" person, a message was taken and again no response or action. Since this started, I have found numerous on-line complaints about this company. BUYER BEWARE. We are proceeding with all action that we can take.

On January 3rd, I finally got someone on the phone and he said he had authorization to refund my money. My credit card was charged again!!! This company owes me $999.80. I am prepared to file a report with the California Attorney General.
