Complaint Review: S wilson construction

We hired s wilson construction to remodeled a apartment. All started well. They said they required 3 payments. First payment then one half way through then a final payment upon completion. All was going well until the second payment and they wanted paid in full.which I did since things were on track and they had good reviews. That's when things changed. All the things he said he would do became that's not in the contract and the 4 weeks the job was suppose to be completed in was still not completed 4 months later. After a lot and if so mean a lot of back and forth most but not all was done. Also I had approximately $300 worth of building material in the unit that he was suppose to put in another unit but it disappears.when asked about it he has nothing to stay. Also before things went bad we paid him and additional $120 to fix a leak on a toilet in another unit. It wasn't fixed and her refused to refund the money for that also. If you hired them you should get every little detail in the contract or you'll be sorry. Not to mention the quality of workmanship is amateur at best
