Brandon Schmidt of RE/MAX Chay Realty Inc. Brokerage is a scammer and dishonest realtor . This scum bag listed my property under market value and brought me an offer of agreement of purchase and sale in numbered company owned by his brother, Preston Schmidt. This Moron then insisted that I hold a second mortgage that his brother would then use as a the down payment. Brandon Schmidt expected me to sell my property under market value and finance it for his brother. I told him to get out of my house .This human garbage then then sent me an invoice for his time.
