On 16 March ordered and paid for a promotional package. Received an automatic email which states I will get a tracking number soon...

Sent a follow up email on the 20th to find out what happened to the tracking number. Got an automatic response that says the emails are not monitored. I should call during office hours. (What is the use of a customer care email then?)

I stay in South Africa, 7 hours ahead of Florida EST. 
No communication to date, and no attempt in sending the tracking number.

I want a full refund. I do not want the items anymore.
