Complaint Review: SABAN'S AUTO RENTAL

My report is like the others. We were quoted $99 for 1 week use of a much older vehicle. We asked about insurance and were told it was included in the price. We asked again if $99.00 was the total price for everything and were told it was. We have no credit card and left a $350.00 deposit. Upon returning the vehicle one week later we were handed back $20.00. When asked why he spoke in broken english pointing to the contract and we could only understand the word insurance. God will get you Saban's Car rental!
