Complaint Review: Saban's Rent A Car LLC.

I rented a vehilce from this Company and after having the vehicle for only 4hours it overheated on us. We let it cool down so it wouldn't blow for about an hour, returned it for a refund because yes it was defective! And they would only offer us a another rental and no refund. I spoke with this guy who looked to be about 20, and said look I would like to take my business elsewhere and get my refund please. He refused the refund and said you know what you get nothing cause I'm tired of arguing about the situation, and closed my contract out.

To make a long story short I was charged for a rental I only had for 5 hours. Plus given no restitution for my inconvience of the break down of the vehicle, charged a week rental, told I was arguing with them, and asked to leave with nothing. They were rude and arguing with me! They have no signs in the store that say no refunds, only one that says no firearms allowed. Honestly they have perfected ripping off the Consumer. It must have become an Art too them!!!
