Being new to the area and without a car, my husband and I had to rent one. We do not have credit cards so I had to find someone who would rent to us without one. Sabans said they could help, and help they did, they helped themselves to my money.
I had to give them $540 in cash, and then an extra $300 on my debit card. My total was $201.31, I even have the receipt. Guess how much change I got back?? NONE! They refused to give me a receipt showing what I paid in.
I have no way to trace the $540. I can trace the $300 on the debit card, but I'm still out the rest of my money. They knew they had us by the balls, and weren't relenting at all. This place is a scam, and I am going to make it my mission that everyone will know them by name, and not in a good way.
I am devastated. We just moved and that was all the money we had.
