Complaint Review: Sabans Rent a Car

Saban Car Rental is a rip off!! I thought we were getting a great deal on a car.. til I was charged $400 after returning the car.  I was quoted a price of $189, with $24 for service from and to the airport.  Was also told we were getting a Taurus or Malibu, which was fine, but got a much older car.  The cruise control did not work, and we were driving 2 hrs on the interstate to get to our final destination.  I called the rental office 3 days later to complain, and was told I call too late and they wouldnt do anything about it!! Whomever takes the business calls is not the most friendy person.  This place is a ripoff!!!  The people who work there are very shady, not to be trusted.  DO NO RENT A CAR FROM THEM.   The airport prices are much higher on car rental, but most definately worth the money, and the wait!
