 I explained to my sales person TLKays I needed a lower pmt on my next vehicle, yes I'm female, he sent me a text, saying I don't want to waste your time we do not have a vehicle for less then 400. to lease to you , now when I built a new vehicle on their website the my calculated came up with a 346. Pmt. That sounds less then 400. To me. I wasn't given the courtesy of a phone call I just had my appt cancelled by a text message, was not given the chance to negotiate, go there, nothing. Very unclassy of a dealership that deals in high end vehicles. My response was I will shop at other dealerships now. 

I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz in the Auto Mall, Daytona Beach for years, I have leased more then 4 vehicles over the years,I have an exceptional pmt record with Mercedes Financial, I asked my sales rep TL for an appt, I told him I needed a lower pmt on my next vehicle, my son had a heart attack over the holidays and has recovered thank God he has had 4 open heart surgeries and 10 cardiac Caths in Boston, he is starting college, so a lesser pmt is necessary, he Made an appt for today 4/25/16, a few moments later he cancelled the appt by text and said I don't have a car for you less then 400., when I looked online and did the calculations for a smaller vehicle which is 10,000 cheaper the pmt calculator by Mercedes Benz came up with, Was 345., which with negotiating probably could be lower, I wasn't given the opportunity to go in and meet he said I don't want to waste your time. My response after the shock of being treated that way was, ok I will begin shopping at other dealerships for a lease. That was it. Now do they discriminate against women or women and their wallets????? I'm a local business owner, I own property, and I WILL NOT be advertising for Mercedes Benz anymore, very disappointing experience, I certainly hope the owner gets a copy of this.

I want to humbly retract my initial grevieance that was sent in a few days ago regarding Mercedes-Benz Auto Mall incidient. The owner and General Manager were unaware of what had transpired between me and a salesman who was just having a bad day. After sending an e-mail to the owner of Mercedes-Benz, he immediately went into action and I was notified within thirty-five minutes by his General Manager to come in and sit down to negotiate a new lease vehicle which might I add is my fifth new vehicle leased with Mercedes-Benz.

I went in and met with the General Manager and was treated with respect and compassion. The General Manager assured me that I would be happy when I left the store. A car was picked out just for me. I felt like family. They went above and beyond what you would normally expect to make me happy. This is the true definition of customer service and caring for their customers.

I honestly have to say that this is the best experience I have ever encountered, I am a local business owner and not only will I continue to be a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz at the Auto Mall in Daytona Beach, Florida, but I will advertise for them at my own business, refer customers to them, and tell everyone I meet how impressed I was with their urgency to get me into the store and make me happy.
