Complaint Review: Sachi Salon and Spa Scottsdale Dov Safir and Sagit Safir

Sachi Salon and Spa in Scottsdale has earned its notoriety, but for all the wrong reasons. The salon's reputation is tarnished, largely due to its owners, Sagit Safir and Dov Nathan Safir (also known as Dov Safir), who have been at the heart of its problems. From legal disputes to questionable practices, this salon consistently disappoints its customers. I was one. They refused to help me after one of their stylists completely destroyed my hair -- When the issue was escalated to them, nothing but laughs and "Wigs" help was their answer.

Negative customer reviews further cement the salon's dismal image, highlighting dreadful haircuts, poor services, unprofessional staff, exorbitant prices, and hidden fees. Customers are frustrated by the high costs, which far outweigh the quality of service received. I learned all this as I googled them... also, they are known for money fraud and legal battles... Sagit Safir and Dov Nathan Safir's legal issues are a never-ending saga filled with family conflicts and lawsuits, including allegations of breach of contract, discrimination, and fraud.

No wonder they allow hair dressers with no talet and proper skills work there. AVOID.
