We are a staffing agency in Jacksonville Florida, on or about March 7th, 2017 I had recieved this email. " Hi my name is Ray, I need following number of staff asap. 4 Housekeepers, 2 laundry attendant, 2 Inspectors and 1 Houseman"

We immediately traveled to Gainesville and explained our services to Ray while he introduced the owner to us (Sachit Nadkarni) he claimed he was the contact person we needed to know. After 2 couple of pay periods, we realized that hotel was behind the invoices, as usual we send a friendly reminder to Ray and the owner Sachit. They claimed that they were in middle of a major renovation of the hotel and funding bank was a little behind with ppayments. They assured us that they would send all late invoices' payments asap. Three(3) months passed and there was no money. We decided to travel to Gainesville and see what the problem was. When we went to Gainesville we realized that this hotel ripped all vendors like us.

We are currently suing the company and the individual in Gainesville courts. We really wanted to make sure that no one else is burned like us and many other vendors who had put their hard work and monet only to be ripped off. We have over 15K unpaid invoices. If you read the reviews of this hotel (WYNDHAM GARDEN GAINESVILLE) you will see that its nothing but a terrible experience for the guests.

Do not offer and products or services to this hotel you will never get your money.
